Return & Refund Policy
At Tocororo Nails, we prioritize hygiene and the safety of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a refund at our discretion upon receiving sufficient proof.
Refund Eligibility
To be considered for a refund, you must:
- Contact us at tocororonails@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. This short window ensures that no one will use them and then damage them to obtain a refund.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue with your item.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and determine the best course of action.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot process refunds for:
- Items without sufficient proof of damage or defect.
- Orders past the 5-day refund window.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
