How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any modifications.

How long do press-on nails last?

With proper application, our press-on nails can last:

  • With adhesive tabs: 2-3 days (great for temporary wear)
  • With nail glue: 1-3 weeks (for a longer-lasting manicure)

Are your press-on nails reusable?

Yes! Our press-ons are designed for multiple wears. Simply remove them carefully, clean off any adhesive, and store them in the included acrylic storage case for future use..

Do you offer custom designs?

Currently, we do not offer custom designs, only custom sizes, but we release new collections frequently! Be sure to check our Shop by Collection page to find a style that suits you.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a refund at our discretion upon receiving sufficient proof.

How do I request a refund?

If you experience an issue with your order, please:

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
